Can’t even review the care I would have received because I could never get an appointment! My appointment was rescheduled twice and then the third time they just cancelled it and never told me. I received a call 30 minutes before my appointment time asking me if someone had ever called to let me know it was cancelled. I don’t trust the office with my health if they can’t even manage appointments.
Terribly disorganized practice. After losing a baby this year, the insensitive and frankly cruel practitioners here never updated my chart so I STILL RECEIVE EMMI CALLS AND EMAILS from UH about my upcoming baby's birth. How pathetic are you guys?
