Aubrey Shearn is AMAZING. She is so helpful and kind, and always makes me feel better whenever I see her. So is so attentive, educated and trustworthy. I would recommend anyone and everyone see her for any medical needs.
I would strongly advise anyone to NOT become a patient at St John Westshore Primary Care in Westlake. I had my first appointment here in June, which is when I requested a refill of my prescription. Today is August 20th and I still do not have this medication. I have called an infinite amount of times--each time, they either transfer me to my doctor's secretary (who never answers), or I leave a voicemail (which is never returned).
