Worst customer service ever. Used to be a regular customer. Never again. Not one care given towards customer satisfaction. Employees actually argued with me about whether or not the order was what I placed. Unreal.
I used to like this place but the customer service is horrible now- makes you think twice about going back and spending money there.
We went to dinner here and unfortunately witnessed some of the most unsanitary behavior I have ever seen! We were waiting on our food to cook and were just sitting at our booth by the front window. A gentleman from the county's Animal Removal Services came to the door holding a very small animal. He did not come in the restaurant but called out to the employees to come see the baby raccoon he had. The counter girl (Kaylee? My husband and I are so upset with the pizza we got tonight. Usually they have best pizza in town but tonight it was the worst we have ever eaten, but tonight my husband ordered a meat eaters and it was so Soggy and greasy, and I ordered mushroom, ham, saussge. Both thin crust were undercooked, greasy, Soggy and mine was inedible. SPEND $40 and mine went in trash. We will never order there again..
I've eaten pizza all over the country, and Westshore is the top for me. Everything about their pizzas is amazing...the sauce is perfectly balanced and spread, the cheese is melted just right and the entire experience is great. Westshore is the #1 thing I miss about Florida.
