We’d love to be able to rave about the service and rate Westshore higher but alas, we’re unable to do so based on opportunities to improve communication and follow up across email, telephone and text. We scheduled a service check with Westshore, received a timely appointment and window of 11am-2 pm. Upon receipt of emailed (paid invoice) we noticed the invoice had incorrect service address.
