Terrible experience with their finance department. It took 4 months to resolve a situation caused by their mistake in not funding my warranty policies. No one, including management responds to emails. It was not until I went to the dealership and was lucky enough to meet Mohmoud, a new employee whose persistence was the only reason it was resolved. I emailed senior leadership after it was resolved and no surprise, did not receive a response. I will not go near a Morgan Auto Group Dealership again.
