Surprised when I had a new audiologist.
Dr. Rider was the best. She took her time with me and answered all of our questions and concerns. She was very professional . She even scheduled my next appointment when I was available. Will recommend her to my friends and family. Thank You Barb D.
Dr. Rider was wonderful. She explained things and took the time to answer my questions. She truly cares that her patients get the best care possible. Very empathetic. There was no one at the front desk that day and that is not the first time that has happened. It resulted in people waiting and not knowing what was going on. That was the only less than positive thing I can say about AudioNova. I recommend highly.
Excellent service from receptionist to audiologist they were kind, and understanding about my needs. I will recommend this office to others. I am highly satisfied with this office.
