Dr. Herald did root canal about year and half ago. Continued to have problems with that tooth. This morning I had tooth pulled by my dentist. He discovered in xrays recently one of those roots had split in half from bottom to top. Caused lots of pain and nothing more he could do for it. Is this coincidental?
Had an appointment with Dr. Harreld today for a root canal (the first one I have ever had to get so I was quite nervous). The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and Leah and Dr. Harreld were great! I very much appreciated being talked through each step of the root canal so I was aware of what was happening. Everyone was very kind and professional; I definitely recommend Dr. Harreld’s office if you need any dental work done!
Girls in reception area were out standing, Sonia is great everytime I've been their. Staff treating me were great too. The only complaint I have is the 3D imaging, I found it to be useless. $400 just for 1 second viewing? Even insurance company won't pay for it. I was told the Dr views it. For what? Xrays were more practical and useful. 3D is standard. I will not return here again!
Referred for root canal and after scans and initial evaluation Dr. Harrold indicated the likely outcome would be poor and did not recommend proceeding. Discussed options. Very thorough and honest. Staff was very nice and appointment was on time. Highly recommend.
The front desk staff needs to work on their customer service skills. The lady who called me (unsure of a name but sounded older) to reschedule my appointment was extremely unpleasant and treated me as if I was trying to scam them or waste their time when I simply had to cancel (one time, mind you. This wasn’t my fifth time cancelling or anything crazy like that) due to a clerical issue on the backend of my insurance that was out of my hands.
