Super appreciative of the interactions I had with the staff here the last two days! My partner and I are both new to cycling, I brought my partners bike in for a quote to get it back up to standard and rideable, and had a great experience with the service side of the store and the mechanic. 70+ years old, first e-bike, got it used and needed some minor work. Got estimates around town. Every quote from 60 to 180 dollars. Brought it to WSB, and what it needed and a general look over, fixed breaks, and some good advise for a first time e-biker. $28 + for all. 100% I will be back. Thank you, Kevin and WSB.
They were super helpful in changing my e scooter tire today, Miles really helped me out changing a bad bolt and fitting the bead in nicely definitely come here if you need help with your e-scooter
I broke a spoke on my eMTB and they got the wheel rebuilt for me in less than hour, and then helped me a few days later after my Cushcore humiliated me (again). Huge thanks to their staff for the incredible customer service and expediency.
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. When I asked specific questions about the differences between the bike features, I was expecting clear and helpful explanations. Instead, the staff kept focusing only on the price and completely ignored my questions about functionality and features. It felt like they were more interested in making a sale than actually helping me understand the product.
