I broke a spoke on my eMTB and they got the wheel rebuilt for me in less than hour, and then helped me a few days later after my Cushcore humiliated me (again). Huge thanks to their staff for the incredible customer service and expediency.
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. When I asked specific questions about the differences between the bike features, I was expecting clear and helpful explanations. Instead, the staff kept focusing only on the price and completely ignored my questions about functionality and features. It felt like they were more interested in making a sale than actually helping me understand the product. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very large selection of bikes. Got a great deal on a bike that was on clearance.

Had to get new brake pads for my e-bike. Went to three shops around Langford and none of them were willing to work on the bike (for a simple brake pad swap) due to multiple of insurance reasons or unwilling to work on it…Called and went into West Shore Bicycles and not only were they willing to work on my e-bike, but also squeezed me in last minute! They had very knowledgeable staff and great selection of products. Definitely my new go-to shop for all my family’s bike needs from now on
