Chris is excellent at problem-solving—he quickly found the derailleur hanger for my Scott without any trouble.
Great bunch of folks at Westshore. Trashed my rear brake rotor and pads on the street nearby the shop (wrapped a bungee cord around them and tore them up). Google told me there was a bike shop only a few hundred metres away. Rolled in to Westshore and they had me fixed up with new parts and on the road in half an hour. My lucky day to have wrecked my bike near them. 5 stars all the way.
Wanted to express my appreciation to Chris at West Shore Bicycle for his professional and helpful approach with my recent experience.
