Poor communication, a $400 bill, dropper post was replaced but a tire was flat and the the cable was frayed - they didn’t say anything about or replace that. Never coming back
7 years ago I rated this shop as 2/5 stars. Not sure what has changed besides their name but this new shop has been super helpful so thought i should update this. Been in for various parts and pieces for my bikes and they have been super helpful. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Fun shop, good stock on kids bikes & tires! Only missing the music pumping on a Friday afternoon ;) knowledgeable staff!
Chris is excellent at problem-solving—he quickly found the derailleur hanger for my Scott without any trouble.
Great bunch of folks at Westshore. Trashed my rear brake rotor and pads on the street nearby the shop (wrapped a bungee cord around them and tore them up). Google told me there was a bike shop only a few hundred metres away. Rolled in to Westshore and they had me fixed up with new parts and on the road in half an hour. My lucky day to have wrecked my bike near them. 5 stars all the way.
