A small dirty store. I went there to look for a part.And the guy told me, oh, they don't have him in stock and that he don't work tomorrow so he wasn't gonna order it.And then I needed to go somewhere else
Don't call if you need a part number, Chris won't give it to you that's for certain.
This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had just trying to call about purchasing a truck I see why they have such bad reviews I would stay clear of all Westtrux locations. Especially this one
I don't know about all these negative reviews on here but I do know that Jonathan in the parts department has always been so so so helpful, this guy goes above and beyond in providing professional and knowledgable customer service by going the extra mile and being above the status quo of your typical parts guy that's rushed and sloppy. He definetly sets a higher standard of service and pays attention to detail while giving you personalized attention. Thank you very much !!!
