Do not bring your Vehicles to get worked on here. At this location. Receptionists are rude. Give zero customer service. They don’t have any parts in stock. Then give you the run around on why the truck still isn’t finished. Also extremely expensive here. Take your fleet elsewhere where. Zero stars if I could.
This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had just trying to call about purchasing a truck I see why they have such bad reviews I would stay clear of all Westtrux locations. Especially this one
The parts were incomplete, which wasted a lot of time.
