Highly recommend this gym! Coach Omar is super knowledgeable, helping each person build their mind- muscle connection and improve form. I’ve been strength training for years and have already learned so much from Coach Omar. Great gym, environment, and people!
WeStrong and Coach Omar have made me feel welcome and comfortable from day one. As somebody who has never weight trained before, this gym has taught me how to do so confidently. This gym rocks. It is such a welcoming environment for everyone and the workouts are always challenging and fun. Omar works with each person to find workouts that fit their needs and is always so cool to work with. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!!
Such great people at this gym. You will feel welcome here! Omar is a great coach, is always thinking about my back injury and makes adjustments in my workout to accomodate me. I appreciate that!
We Strong is an incredible gym. I tried out a few places around the area, and this is a tier above the rest. The environment, coaching, and overall energy really stand out. Omar, the coach, is a great guy, knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in the people he works with. Highly recommend.
