Sit in the street for 5hrs, um no you keep your freight I'm out of here. If you want to ship long runs then make a door available. And pay better rates.
Nice place, it took 1hr to offload with 2 trucks wait..fast offloading
West Rock damaged our trailer during unloading...we made a police report...have corresponding evidence that they are at fault, admitted fault, and stated they would pay for the repairs. Refusing to answer or call back. I've been trying to get a hold of Jason Smicker since before Thanksgiving. Maybe a 1 star review will help speed up call back time.
Before I arrived 1230pm they confirmed load is ready, waited for 4 hours for a dock, they said I was next. just for them to tell me load won’t be ready till 0100 the next morning. They will lie and make it seem like it’s your fault. Truly disgusting behavior.
