I’ve been going here for three years and even after a couple less than stellar visits, kept using them. Not any more. I recently was in for a change with a car that recommends synthetic 5W20 but will run conventional if it meets MS6395 specs. Penzoil conventional and semi synthetic does. Previously I’ve had the same car in for a change and gotten conventional put in with out asking. This time they put in synthetic without asking.
