visited a friend at college for the weekend and woke up to my car being gone. little did i know there was a piece of wood with no wording besides “sos towing” on the bottom in small lettering. car was towed and had to pay $250 to get it out all bc they can’t update their signs.

my apartment flooded and tried to call the emergency line which is the same number as the normal apartment line, and took over an hour to contact maintenance. After over a day of trying to resolve the plumbing issue, I was told it would be a week that they would patch the drywall in my bathroom; it has been over a month now and there is still a hole, and no notice from maintenance saying when it will be fixed. this place is falling apart and needs serious updates.

Lynn, the landlord will scream at you for making basic requests. Screamed that “I’ve been working for 14 straight days and shouldn’t be here on a Monday.” She was asked about a maintenance request that was placed 4 days prior & that was her response. She doesn’t care about your problems. She just wants her places filled. Don’t rent here. It’s not worth dealing with the landlord and there are so many better and cheaper properties in Platteville.

There are a few slight issues but no place is perfect, and I can only speak for my particular unit. Here is my honest review of living in Westridge so far: My bottom level, end unit is slightly drafty and the bathroom ceiling is on the low side but neither of these are huge issues, Lynn provides high quality space heaters to the residents if they request them. Maintenance is very qui... read more

Pros: Great location near the university for each major, Woodland and Westridge are closer to Boebel and Otts than some dorms, and Washington Place is across the street from Doudna, Ullsvik and the Art building. A driven staff who show care and for their tenants. Multiple complexes with varying styles and amenities to match each type of renter. Parking is intentionally never oversold. Cons: Before some organizational changes, the staff seemed to be too small for the number of complexes that they owned There is a waiting list... read more
