RecommendedThis is our second year here and we love that it’s affordable and decent living. It’s nice being in San Marcos without all the college students. Family environment. Office staff are always very nice. Great place for the $.

RecommendedThey allow pets which is great. Any size and the deposit is reasonable. The pool always looks nice and the exercise room is available any time.Residents are friendly and the manager would like to get more participation for activities that she plans. She is new and a go getter.
RecommendedThe apartments are clean and quiet. Everyone we have met is respectful and welcoming. The office staff always have a smile on their faces. There are a lot of different types of activities for residents also. We love it here!
