The ladies in the leasing office are super nice, and always help answering questions when they can. The maintenance team is top notch, everything is fixed within a day or two. Never had any issues that haven't been fixed very quickly. Thanks!
I am a long time tenant of Westridge Manor and have always found my stay pleasant. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. Any dealings I’ve had with the staff have always been pleasant and any requests promptly dealt with. The leasing office staff and the landscaping team could not be any better to deal with. They have been quick to respond to any issues and are very effective in providing a favourable and positive outcome.
Westridge Manor is Managed by Board Walk Properties, I wish to recommend the office staff, the maintenance staff and security. Every interaction has been timely and professional! 10 out of 10!
I moved to this community apartment building which is running by Boardwalk,on April 1 2025 .after 2 weeks I noticed that there is carpet beetles and larder beetles pests everywhere on my carpet,and infested.which is red flags and means that they didn’t clean and disinfect the carpet and unit before renting it!!!!on the other hand i found out lots of jerks by the dishwasher!!! It was quite difficult for me to find an apartment living in Vancouver, but I found Lluvia who was an angel. SHe supported me at all times, helped me make the entire process agile and fast. In the move in she explained all the details to us. A super advisor. The apartment is incredible. A new home.
