From the moment of booking with Sharon the service has been superb! Excellent communications, the best details we have had for finding the villa and gaining access - and we have been renting villas for our family holidays for over 20 years! Sharon has been Amazing with us. We are staying at one of her and Marks properties in Cypress pointe after being scammed online with a previous man. From day one she was quick to reply.. Provide all the answers we needed and upon actually getting to the house we are blown away. Amazing. Furnished to the highest standard. Spotless and her attention to detail is second to none. Booked and stayed in Highgate haven Oct 2018. Sharon and Mark made the booking process so easy. Every question answered straight away. The villa was spotless and they continued offering support and advice throughout our stay. Nothing was a problem to them from offering advice on basketball tickets to providing tennis rackets to use. Just back from our stay at Champions Gate Florida and what can I say absolutely amazing beautiful area at West Haven at Champions Gate not to far from the parks and our villa was stunning all we needed to make our stay special and thanks to Mark and Sharon for all their help and making us feel very welcome and on hand when needed we will definitely be booking our villa with them the next time we visit. Just returned from the most amazing holiday in Florida and wouldn’t have been the success it was without Mark and Sharon’s help. Villa was immaculate and in a perfect position for all the attractions. They kept in contact with us throughout our stay making sure we had the best time possible. We have rented a number of properties in this area over the past number of years and I feel that this management company is one of the best, going above and beyond to make sure our needs were meant. Sharon and Mark were easy to get hold of and booking was a breeze. Sharon was prompt in responding to any questions we had.
