Staffs here are always the best, great services, very clean building and most of all very friendly atmosphere. According to Boardwalk's maintenance request, it states the requests maybe completed within 3 days but huh wait this 3 days isn't Westridge Estates moto but it's done once your request is posted be it you posyed it at jught or day time jist expect that it's done. From the very beginning I loved the positive energy from the office and nice ladies to deal with. The building is so clean and the sidewalks are cleaned promptly. Maintenance in the building is done right the first time People are very friendly !!
I've have lived here since 2020 and Noli is one of the best maintenance men I've ever had. He's is prompt and does the fixes correctly and always comes in with a smile and very easy to talk to. Thanks Noli for all the help. 😀
Would not recommend. Boardwalk is in breach of the rental agreement since the day I was forced to sign the lease prior to viewing the unit, and have offered zero compensation for breaching the contract by renting a unit with uninhabitable conditions. Instead, they’ve assured me I can remove my contents to allow them to complete their task of treating all carpets for odours, and have offered zero compensation for such nor compensation for damages caused by their vendors while treating the first set of carpets as Boardwalk lef... read more
I have lived at Westridge Estates for 11 years the staff is very friend and the people in the building are very friendly too Westridge Estates C is a nice place to live and the maintenance staff handles requests immediately. Proud to live here
