Living here has been a huge disappointment. The rent keeps increasing every year, but the building just keeps getting worse. When it rains, the entrance floods so badly that the elevators stop working, and the hallways smell damp for days. The fire alarm also goes off randomly, often early in the morning or on holidays, for no obvious reason. I have a young child, so this is incredibly frustrating. Friendly and helpful admin staff, property is well kept and clean, quick responses for maintenance, fire alarm system well maintained and tested often. Walking distance to shopping and amenities & access to whitemud/henday

I have lived in Westridge Estates B for almost 5 years now and i must say, the office, maintenance staff and cleaning staff have made my stay even that much more enjoyable. Genuinely nice people. Each and every one of them

I’ve been living at Westridge Estates B since 2024, and I’ve had a very positive experience so far. The property is consistently clean and well-maintained, which really makes a difference in day-to-day living. I also feel safe here, which is very important to me. The cleaning staff are wonderful—always kind and accommodating, especially Argie, who goes above and beyond. We had a great experience renting with Boardwalk, and Lori was an excellent landlord. She was always professional, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Lori made the whole renting process smooth and stress-free. She was respectful, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything in the apartment was properly taken care of.
