One star for not assessing and fixing warranty tickets. The perk of buying a new build home is that items are warrantied. That’s wonderful, unless the builder is inadequate and neglectful towards actually fixing the issues.
I’m a renter within this community.. it’s a seemingly peaceful community, however it became concerning when someone stole my garbage can and/or deliberately moved it to a different location. That was very suspect especially when my garbage can was parked on the curbside in front of the driveway this past Sunday night. On Monday morning 4/29/24 noticed it was missing.
