Since I’ve been living there, it has been amazing. The only problem, are residents not having their key card for the gate entrance. Will sit there until someone comes and open the gate, you don’t know if they live there or not. This has been a persistence problem ALL the time.
I've had a great experience with them, they efficiently tackle maintenance issues, uphold cleanliness, and provide respectful communication.
