Jose gave me the option of picking up my car title or having it mailed after putting the lien on it. I had chosen to pick up my title and he mailed it instead to an address that didn't have a P.O. box and never notified me. The title got lost and he stated he would get back to me to find out who signed for my title and he never did as well as he lied about being able to take a copy of the title to the DMV to get it registered. An error that could've been easily avoided has costed me hours of my time and energy.
I swear they have the absolute worst customer service phone support. I provided EVERYTHING (DOB/SSN/Acct #/Password questions answers/etc) but a stupid passcode that I do not even remember making when I got this account and yet they cannot give me any information on my account.
Charged me 20 for a loan sent the money back to my account then said I owed and had my account at -20 then closed my account I had for 8 years didn’t contact me or anything
They have held captive here and won't close my business account without authorization from someone who i don't have a account threw. Super awesome being at the whim of whoevers standard operating procedures. Super sketch do better. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL VOST THEY ARE THIEVES AND WONT CANCEL ACCOUNTS. I'm purposely going out of my way to tell people and businesses to steer clear of this place!!!!
