Used to love this bank until they switched. Now they have robots answering phones (that are cheap), no tellers in locations only ITMs, and if you need a debit card printed? Good luck, takes a week to ship. I have left this bank due to its blatant issues. Just look at other reviews
Great helping get address changed and getting paper checks cashed into appropriate accounts. Staff member was professional and kindly found space for easier time to hear
This company is filled with the most incompetent people ive ever met. Im on my third visit to fix a bank draft change that they just cant seem to manage. 3 times they have not fallen through to complete my auto draft for my truck loan!
