Love we street, this we street specifically has had atm problems the last 3 weeks that I’ve tried to deposit cash into my bank account. It lets you go through the whole process until the very end when it is processing the money into your account then gives you the money back & says it can’t do it. This is the only we street close to my apartment so this is frustrating as I’m a bartender & make cash every day and don’t want to be carrying a lot of cash on me. Cathey Kline-Sauer has been genuinely amazing! I make it a point to come to this specific location because she and her team mates are always very patient and professional. A quality that has been sorely lacking since abandoning their Tulsa Federal name and standards. Please make her and this location the example instead of the exception. AVOID DOWNTOWN LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Rating Westreet as a whole. Applied for a very small loan here that I ended up not needing. Westreet has yet to reach out after a week. No call, no email, won’t allow access to the app, and impossible to get a hold of anyone whether it be email, 918 number or 800 number. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They took the money to establish membership out of my account just fine but even with paying their membership fee my personal info isn’t found in their records. Seems I was scammed.
