Absolutely terrible service. So disorganized. Can't return calls. Lazy people, lazy president. He doesn't even understand the business and where it's at. This bank won't last. It is without a doubt the worst in the state. Run away .
I'm wondering if anyone here actually does their job. I applied for a loan weeks ago. No response until I called. Finally got a loan agent to call. They told me I needed a co-signer. Fine. Went to a different location because I was on that side of town, with a co-signer. Gave them his info. No communication. Sent multiple emails. No response. Called. No answer. GET IT TOGETHER
Yes. Well being a pain in my side from walking over to we street four a cup of coffee and a free cigarette I got a jump on saving the universe for a cigarette and a cup of coffee. You outa try the street if ya think it's cool.
