The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ha e been a customer for about 40 years, since they used to be Tulsa Federal Employees Credit Union and never had a problem till now. They tell me I can't transfer my money, from my account, to my money market account at another bank. I have done this transfer multiple times before without issue, now I have a monthly limit and can only transfer what they will allow me to. We have a loan with TFCU for a 30,000+ 39 ft. Gulfstream RV that is setting on Grand Lake. We have never missed a payment in 4 years and significantly paid the loan down. We filed a claim for hail roof damage to our ins company ******************** for which we have been a customer for 35 years. The leak caused a fire in the light fixture in our pantry. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After 3 years of paying my loan on time and actually a few cents more than I was supposed to, I failed to add the cents to my payment last month. In a month, I have continued to receive letters and phone calls for 58cents even after the first call brought the oversight to my attention and I agreed to correct the 58 cent disparity on the upcoming month payment.
