The experience that I just had with the team at Westport Urgent Care was incredible. Dr. Mogelof, the receptionist and the Pa assistant gave me incredible medical care. Moreover their kindness, and compassion were incomparable. I was fully assessed and reassured by their solutions based approach. I had come into the facility in tears and they could not have been kinder. Dr. Mogelov had once helped with my husband with a blood clot… her quick but calm recommendation that we go to Norwalk Hospital saved his life. Literally.
Thank you Patricia… for listening and believing. When we got home…Michal coughed up the evidence of a respiratory infection.

Got charged 100 dollars for a co pay, just to be told that my foot isn’t swollen, they gave me an ice pack and crutches and was told to follow up with an orthopedic and never offered an xray there. Yeah I got ripped off big time and very careless clinic for sure.
Pointless going here. Doctor was dismissive and just said I had a “little” cold. Meanwhile I said my symptoms were an 8 out of 10. Gave me no information on next steps or anything that might help. Just said I was negative for covid and flu and that was it. Waste of time going here. Women at the front desk was lovely and so sweet. Locals on Westport Front Porch have recommended Hartford Healthcare Urgent Care. Will try them next time.
