Place sucks . Called credit card charges twice
I went there today and looked at truck after I went thru. I took it back and the guy had me go thru the wash again and told attendants to brush my truck. When I got out it wasn't much better. Now I have brush marks on my truck.....ones by my driver door that wont come out. Attendants were rude about me my power mirrors. I would let these people wash a manure spreader!!!
They could improve by getting my car clean.
I cant get believe it’s 13 bucks to wash your car now for the works. I can honestly get it just as good at Casey’s for 10. Sorry
Got my car “washed” today. Back bumper had streaks of dirt and roof had multiple large dirt spots (the main reason behind getting my car washed), among other areas left dirty. Very disappointed!
Pull up. one car in front of me. He is waiting for assistance. A few minutes later all the help comes around the building from the southside. I paid for the high priced wash and SO disappointed. Considerable road grime on car when done. Not going back. It truly is touchless but does not get the car clean.
How is it possible to mess up customer service at an automatic car wash?? That's the question I asked myself after we left. Upon pulling up a guy came out, my girlfriend rolled her window down and the guy just stood there, after 30 seconds my girl friend asked how to proceed (it was our first time there.. and definitely our last) he said, "read the sign", so as she was getting the money the guy lifted his shirt reached into his pants and began to scratch his pubic area while his buddys laughed.
