Dropped off two new tires and two new custom wheels for mounting and balancing. Picked them up and they didnt use the valve stems I provided AND knew about it. They said they "forgot". I dropped off two more tires and wheels a few weeks later and also returned with the first two to make them install the correct stems. I go back to pick them all up and they inform me that one of my $700 custom made wheels was scratched and it wasnt them!!!
