my father is in this facility for the second time this year. We have piece of mind knowing he is well taken care of by the wonderfully trained staff. Very clean and beautifully decorated.
Westport Place force-discharged my 96 year old father when his Medicare ended as his Anthem insurance paid much less. Their reason: He wasn't getting better after his stroke. Fact is, in the month since his October 11th stroke he's regained bowel and bladder control, is speaking in full sentences and is vastly improved. Westport Place also lost his hearing aid and callously mixed his dirty and clean clothes together in one bag when they through him out.
