The HVAC system was so poorly installed in my building that the pipes are leaking and residents are without heat in -13 below freezing weather. We will need to rip up the walls and install all new piping for a building that’s only a few years old. Do not have anything to do with this company. Westport has taken no responsibility for their poor quality installation leaving hundreds of people with no heat in subzero temperatures.
