Overall, a great experience at West Port Auto. Alex was very helpful and answered all of my many questions about the vehicle I was considering purchasing. He was easy to contact and made the purchase very smooth. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen and had it shipped to me. He provided lots of videos and photos as requested and the CarFax report. Bro this dude Alex scammed my friend down here in Oklahoma. Dawg asked for 500$ deposit for week of holding car and made a document to his email without his signature after payment that is not refundable… Completely illegal and disgusting as a business to not state it is not refundable when over the phone. Don’t buy here they will scam you hide stuff from you
Friend got scammed by this dude, can't trust any business nowadays. Don't give a deposit here they don't give it back illegally without a signature or consent over the phone.
I will remove the review once refunded. The document below does not contain my signature to make it “non-refundable” and is dated for 2020 instead of 2025… He is incapable of running a business. I left a $500 deposit over the phone with West Port Auto to hold a car. I was never told it was non-refundable which is illegal not to state. The deposit slip on email the dealer gave me stated it was “non-refundable,” but I never signed or agreed to that term. If they are not willing to show an entire carfax and also illegally issue a non-refundable 500$ hold without your consent or signature what do you think their cars will have. Don't buy here Alex would not refund my friend
