I love my apartment. However the owners need to pick up the pace on caring for this property. The kids playground was so overgrown with weeds all summer that kids didn't play there as much. There's been problems with squatters. There's only someone in the office maybe 3 times a month. People are frustrated including me. I've been asked quite a few times by random people how they can get in touch with anyone about a rental application. I honestly don't know what to tell them. There is hardly anyone ever reachable to resolve problems. They are all about themselves and not for the tenants
we have not had ac for over 2 years and no one is trying to fix it. we don't have screens for our windows. A guy took them to fix them and never came back. we now do not have heat! someone please help us!
