9/11/26 UPDATE - I have still yet to receive any sort of response from property management and I'm finding roaches in my one year-old's crib which I've attached photos of . I also found that The back of our fridge is infested with roaches, and I provided a video to property management and yet have not received any sort of follow up . DO NOT MOVE HERE. SAVE YOURSELF.Don’t live here roaches and insects everywhere. No proper management for parking.
They don’t have proper management for anything. It took them over a month to fix my stove even when i called them every other week and said it’s getting extremely hard for me even too cook and eat properly. When they finally replaced it that too was a old stove that didn’t work like excuse me can you not even check if the stove is working properly before replacing it for somebody. I had a great experience visiting WestPointe Apartments. The community was clean, quiet, and well maintained, and you can tell the staff genuinely cares about keeping the property looking nice. A huge shoutout to Monay in the leasing office. She was welcoming from the moment I walked in, answered all of my questions, and made the entire tour feel comfortable instead of rushed.
