I had a great experience visiting WestPointe Apartments. The community was clean, quiet, and well maintained, and you can tell the staff genuinely cares about keeping the property looking nice. A huge shoutout to Monay in the leasing office. She was welcoming from the moment I walked in, answered all of my questions, and made the entire tour feel comfortable instead of rushed. West pointe Apartments has a new Management Team, and they are great. Takes care of issues promptly. Check them out. They are very attentive to the needs of their residents. I have experience a few serious apartment issues. The prior team disregarded the issues completely. Not this manager. She was on it. They even called me to make sure the problems were corrected. I was so impressed with how quickly she addressed my issues. Rent from them today. You won't regret it. They are fantastic. And their team is fantastic as well.

This is apartment look ok unfortunately have several damage while lots of bugs cockroach also have water damage a carpet on the closet because of water outside every night need to shut off. Also have damage walls look terrible I been fixing myself make look nice. The floor are look terrible jobs doesn’t good job which is sloppy and lousy. Due the weight some are broke due upstairs which is not safe.
