I can honestly say that Nicole is very, very, professional, honest, respectful and knows how to get the job done. She is always on top of everything she does and is always pleasant. The property is clean and the neighbors are great! Have been living here for almost a yr now and have no complaints. Highly recommend!
I’ve been here for three months and I love it! The grounds are clean, the staff are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The property manager, is kind and responsive. Anytime I’ve submitted a maintenance request they’ve handled it almost immediately. I have no complaints, feel safe and right at home!
Very happy with the apartment! Management is super cool, knowledgeable, informative, quick and responsive with everything. Neighbors are great and haven't had any complaints. Affordable price and highly recommend! Thank you!!!!!
I’ve been living here for almost a year and I’ve never had a problem with management which I really appreciate. Whenever I’ve had to contact management whether it’s for maintenance or neighborly complaints, the property manager takes initiative and resolves any issues promptly. She’s very friendly and professional. Overall my experience living here has been great and would recommend others to live here.
Moving here is my biggest regret. We had to break our lease after just 2 months of living here. There were so many problems, right from the get go. Right when you move in, you’ll notice that the whole apartment is painted white (“landlord special”) but the paint was never primed so all surfaces are sticky. Our water heater was not turned on/checked prior to move in, which was an inconvenience but could be looked past.
