I lived in building ( 1155 )for a year and a half, and I had a truly wonderful experience. The building is always clean, well maintained, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. I always saw staff cleaning regularly, and common areas were kept in excellent condition. The site manager and leasing agent are absolutely amazing people always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything. Management's irresponsible approach to cleanliness with their unresponsive cleaner's Je. This neglect not only affects employee morale but also reflects poorly on the company's reputation. A lack of attention to hygiene can lead to health issues and decreased productivity, ultimately impacting the bottom line. Manager Rav lacks professionalism and a welcoming and accommodating attitude.
HVAC is extremely loud in the winter/fan is very high and you have to run your own humidifiers. The noise insulation in the building is quite poor.
If I could give 0 star I would!!! Beware of the Manager here Ravkirat very unprofessional there is a lot of hidden charges that he will tell you so you can’t refund the remaining rent!! The leasing agent, Marina is very unprofessional too!! The hallway is always dirty there’s a dog poop and smells bad. I have never seen such an unprofessional and chaotic staffs!! DO NOT RENT HERE !!!
The property is very nice but the staff in the office (Corina) was amazing. So kind and super efficient and helpful.
