Renting with broadstreet was okay, leaving Broadstreet not so much. After kindly accommodating to their schedule for a walkout inspection without my presence, because stuff happens and I like to make people’s life easier, I received a “detailed” email with things missing or needing fixing, responded and received no acknowledgement to my email, after I received an itemized list of things they fixed and the cost, even though a few of those things were not the tenant fault and again, we replied to the email, 2 weeks later no re... read more
Zero professionalism. Dirty, poorly managed, and overpriced.
I have been a tenant for more than 2 years now. Can't complain about the cleanliness of the property. I am reading the reviews and I don't think the reviews are fair and true. I have never seen poop in the hallway. Shoutout to Je and Dwayne who maintains the property. The lobby always smells good especially in the morning. Of course smells can't be avoided since tenants cook food with strong smells but management ensure that wall fragrances are in place. This is the best apartment so far.
The manager Ravkirat clearly doesn’t care. Very unprofessional and avoids any responsibility. The building is disgusting — dirty floors, overflowing garbage, and a smell that never goes away. The cleaner is either not doing their job or not even showing up. Complaints are ignored. Save yourself the headache and stay far away.
We have rented with a few different companies, and Broadstreet has been the best by far. Their Staff at Westpointe Greens are professional, kind and respectful. The apartment is always clean and I see cleaning staff often, quiet building and friendly tenants
