My family and I have lived here for almost a year, and it’s been a positive experience. The management team is welcoming, and I’ve personally seen Je working hard to keep the building clean, even with challenges like garbage left by other tenants. While weekends can make the building look less maintained, it’s clear real effort is put in during the week. Overall, they’re doing a good job. My only suggestion would be to improve the parking registration process. We enjoy living here.

I had the opportunity to visit the office to request information and the treatment I received was top-notch; they are very professional with a touch of personality that offers human warmth.
The apartment units are impeccably clean. It’s a great place to live. The office staff provide excellent service. They are always very friendly and helpful.
