For the most part - staff are friendly, maintenance is awesome/fairly quick, and the building is well taken care of. Only downside is these are the thinnest walls I have came across, and I have lived in multiple apartment buildings in Edmonton. Relaxation seems to be impossible for more than one day, sometimes making it unbearable being home if you don’t have considerate neighbours above you. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and application, making everything smooth and stress-free.
