Madison and Piper are absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! They've made renting a new place impossibly easy! Wonderful experience!!!
What a very nice clean community, pool, beautiful dog park and the management is outstanding! If you’re looking for a well kept Community, talk to Madison as she is the manager of the premises!!
Completely awful. Went to go tour the place and the leasing agent said their website is in accurate and we signed up to tour a townhome but couldn’t even tour a townhome and he said he had never even seen the townhomes himself. He said the virtual tours are years old and not accurate. He said he has no idea if they are renovated and basically you can’t ever get into a townhome without just moving in blindly. This community was beautiful in the 80s Not sure what or who they are allowing to live here let alone manage it. Not at this price point not this year I dont care if it is Urbandale! Smells like weed and cheap cigs
