Dryer went down on a Saturday, right when laundry was coming out of washer. Reported issue the following Monday and a very polite and respectful young man arrived on Wednesday. I was told maintenance was held up due to a pipe leak in another complex. We appreciated the acknowledgement and understood. All is working now. Thank you staff.
Apts are cheap for what, utility's are good and repair services are quick when needed. Layout of the complex is very straight forward too. Also the location is perfect for CMU students.
Nice accommodations. Good rent price. Expedient maintenance service
Apartments are very quiet, mini response and maintenance issues quickly an office staff is very friendly and helpful when you have a problem I would definitely recommend this place
