Estelle on the front desk is absolutely fantastic, I had a difficult issue I was having no luck in resolving. I was initially disappointed due to a communication issue after leaving my car for a routine service. However, thanks to the help of the general manager, Marco, the situation was resolved smoothly.While there were some aspects that I personally found disappointing, I truly appreciate the team’s quick response and effort to turn things around in a positive way. Unfortunately there is no zero star option. The customer representative was extremely rude to my wife. This will be my last AMG or Mercedes ever.
Westpoint star service center just like their name suggests, this place deserves one star. The staff were rude, unreasonably aggressive, and completely unwilling to communicate. Very disappointing experience.
Helpfull spares parts guy . Showrooms have good presentation.
