The office is extremely bad. I haven't received any HOA letters from them. When I found out that the time had passed, I called the office. The people there had a very bad attitude. They don't care whether you received the letter or not. It's none of their business. You still have to pay the overdue fee.

I bought my house in April 2024. After comparing over 40 properties, I ultimately decided to go with Westpoint Builders. Their houses feature the highest ceiling, measuring 12 feet in both the living room and kitchen. Additionally, their design and layout are far superior to those of other builders at a similar price point. I have been living in this house for six months now, and everything is working well.
