The first picture is chicken bones from some guy’s lunch amongst the nails and debris left on my ground. I have dogs. Never thought I would have to go to a contractor and say “hey please remind your guys not to throw their half eaten food around my house while they’re working here.” Cigarette butts everywhere. Do not trust this contractor! We had a large scale project completed by Mike Germain and his team in the fall of 2020. We are currently selling our home and under contract. We always believed our deck would be one of our greatest assets. Upon further investigation Mike did not follow proper state and county codes. He did not get any permits for the work that was completed or schedule a county inspection so oversight could be provided for his company’s work at the time of completion. Westpoint design was great to work with, fair pricing, professional employees, finished ahead of schedule. Will be using them again for additional projects in our home! Update 4/2/24 Used WPD again for painting, flooring, outside carpentry work, and we were very pleased with the final product! Mike and his contractors are incredibly easy to work with, they are professional and get the job done ahead of schedule.
