Think twice!!! UNLICENSED CONTRACTOR!!! The North Carolina Board of Contractors has won a case against this company because they have no Contractor's License and have never held a license in the State of NC. They work without permits and oversight, have no formal knowledge of building codes or updates because they operate illegally. Please keep in mind: 1. Think twice!!! Our experience was a nightmare. Within the first few days of demolition the crew was already littering, leaving cigarette butts in our driveway and in our cul de sac as well as throwing multiple chicken bones around broken wood with nails jutting out, knowing that we owned dogs. We tried to brush that off and accepted the apology from the owner. A blue print or sketch of the design of our deck was never provided. The company is unaccountable and dishonest. They do not have a general contractor’s license with the state of North Carolina. They keep having this review removed because it warns the public about its chosen business practice. I also want to point out that another negative review was removed that referenced a similar situation to ours. They create fake reviews and respond.
