Think twice!!! Our experience was a nightmare. Within the first few days of demolition the crew was already littering, leaving cigarette butts in our driveway and in our cul de sac as well as throwing multiple chicken bones around broken wood with nails jutting out, knowing that we owned dogs. The company is unaccountable and dishonest. They do not have a general contractor’s license with the state of North Carolina. They keep having this review removed because it warns the public about its chosen business practice. I also want to point out that another negative review was removed that referenced a similar situation to ours. They create fake reviews and respond. My experience with Westpoint Designs, LLC was very disappointing. The project took much longer than expected and communication was extremely poor. I often had to reach out multiple times just to get an update. The final work did not meet the standards I was hoping for.

⭐ Unfortunately, my experience with Westpoint Designs, LLC was not positive. The timeline kept getting delayed and there was very little follow-up from their team. I expected better professionalism and attention to detail.
