David has a reputation for being very responsive and working in seamless collaboration with his clients to meet needs within budget. I have worked with them on several projects and had a positive experience. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a consummate professional with which to remodel a home or design a custom built home.
David is bad business and regret calling him. Find yourself a lawyer and build a good contract if you even consider working with him. I went with Westpine builders to renovate a small house. He started all well after the initial deposit, I even helped him with demo. He dissapeared for a few weeks would not answer his phone or anything. Westpine was contracted to perform an edge to edge renovation of our home. They had come highly recommended by a respected individual. After several conversations about our plans we chose Westpine. The whole project was slated for 12 weeks to be finished before Thanksgiving. We are hosting 16 for dinner. Some from out of the country. We ordered appliances, materials, and had them all delivered in advance of the timeline to reduce any delays. David and his crew started demo and then disappeared for a few days.
