Westphal's is our go to for all our electrical and HVAC needs. Eric, Phil and their team have always been professional and timely when we bought our home and needed to update everything to code.
Competent work, but be careful of pricing. The billing dept. is crazy. They tend to "make up" charges that they cannot defend. I was charged for 2 hours of service when the technician was actually only on the job for 1 hour. Danielle claimed that the tech was on property for 2 hours based upon GPS monitoring of truck. He sat in his truck for 15 minutes before ever coming to the door, and then sat in his truck for at least a half hour at the end of my drive after leaving. She accused me of lying. They may do good work but be carful with your tools that have your name on it because they like to claim other workers tools off the job site so don’t trust them to much they stole $300 worth in tools $100 charger and $200 battery (Milwaukee) ridiculous shouldn’t take anyone’s tools especially with their name on it end of story..
Erik and his team have been nothing but great to us. From installing furnace, A/C, to late night frozen repairs Westphal's has been top notch.
