Several repairs needed on the boiler heating system. Tech was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient with all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them.
Called Westphal’s to help my 84 year old mother with an issue with her hot water heater. Scheduling was super easy and quick. Technician (Seth) was prompt and professional. Unfortunately, they were not the right vendor to fix the problem, but recommended two contractors to us and did not charge us for the service call. What a positive & refreshing experience! Their customer service was top notch, and I will definitely use them again, when the need arises.
Westphal’s has been very responsive to my boiler problems. Eric has saved me several weekend emergency callouts by talking me thru some diagnostic procedures on the phone. Service calls the following week days cured the problems. Westphals offered prompt service when needed at reasonable pricing. They kept me informed of techs arrival, and once on site kept me informed of problems and progress. Even loaned me a used functioning part when the low water cutoff failed, until the new part came in. Thanks!
