Excellent service and truly caring staff. I had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone took the time to make sure I was comfortable and explained each step along the way. The care I received was thorough and gentle, and it was clear the whole team cares about their patients. Great service from start to finish. I highly recommend them!
Front office staff is very attentive and responsive; professional. With the one doctor in the office, it's nice always knowing they are familiar with you. I do wish that after the cleaning, the doctor is 1:1 with the patient and more forth coming with good or bad news. This was my 3rd visit, and I will be returning.
Dr Chung is always patient and friendly but very professional and thorough! He is a problem solver and want to satisfy the patient! Highly recommended!aThe staff is also Great!!
I just love Dr Chung and the entire staff. They are all so nice and friendly. Staff even know your name and that makes me feel special. I have had other dentists before. Dr. Chung and staff are the best-kept secret hidden in the corner. Happy that I found him. You don’t wait a long time. If you get there early they take you back. The best dentist I know.
