Instead of acknowledging the concern, you focused on something completely unrelated to the actual issue….. maybe another caller…….First impressions matter, and unfortunately this interaction and the response afterward made it clear that this is not a place I would feel comfortable trusting with my care or money. Imagine reviewing a call and still responding to the wrong issue……..terrible business.
I have to start by saying I have an extreme fear of dentist due to bad experiences. So when i came to Westphalia for a wisdom tooth extraction and a deep cleaning, the staff made me feel comfortable as possible. I made them aware of my phobia and they did everything they could to help me feel comfortable and less anxious. The only place I've ever been to where shots are relatively painless because they actually don't want you to be in pain.
My wife and I love the people here and the services. I've been going here for over 2 years and I haven't had a single bad experience. Everyone is personable and informative, and my mouth doesn't hurt when I leave. 10/10 all around
