I gave a review of Westphal Staffing last fall that wasn't particularly kind or gracious. Early this year I found myself between positions and in dire straits - Lauren was gracious enough to allow me to explain myself and apologize, and immediately went to work trying to find me something. Happily, she was able to get me into a temporary position that will do exactly what I need it to for the time being, and I couldn't be happier or more relieved. Thank you again, Lauren and Westphal Staffing!

Working with Lauren was a breeze. She reached out for an opportunity that couldn't have come at a better time. My current position was not as happy as it once was and was looking to move on. I was skeptical at first but after having a phone call with Lauren I knew I made the right decision. She was quick, efficient, understanding and helped me move in to a new position in a month. Lauren reached out to me with an opportunity I didn’t even know was available. I was content with where I was at but she helped me find a company that turned out to be the perfect fit. It’s okay to keep your options open. When the right company comes along, it doesn’t only benefit their needs but one’s self and their self development journey.
