I will never, ever, use or recommend Westphal Staffing again. My recruiter, Lauren, reached out to me on LinkedIn in April 2025 regarding a position available with Rondele Ranch. The first half of the process was fine; I did my screening interview with Lauren on April 26th, and my actual interview with RR on May 14th.
