This place may need to be changed or shutdown for the safety of the patients. There are some serious concerns for the safety, wellbeing and mental health of the patients at this facility. Everyone who is at this facility is lumped into one area without concerns for age, medical conditions, or sex etc.; apparently, this place is bound to have some serious issues that may lead to some legal issues. That’s why it is imperative to have access to an HR department about these issues so it can be addressed.

For the safety of your loved ones, please do NOT send them to the hell hole called Westpark Springs on Peet. The staff are untrained or just simply do NOT care for the patients locked down in their prison. Run and don’t look back!! Read the reviews people please read the reviews if you care at all for the person you bring here! My girlfriend went here asking for help getting her bipolar medication when her garbage psychologist failed to do so and went on vacation. They locked her in a room and fabricated lies so that they could forcefully admit her involuntarily after coercion didn't work. A very poorly run place! The patients are treated like inmates rather than patients who need careing support and comfort. From day one there was no communication on what to expect or what is expected you to do. They just let you figure out on your own what groups you are supposed to attend. No one talked to me about a treatment plan or goals or what I would need to accomplish to get well and get released. That's right! I was a prisoner held against my will! Do not use this place. I went there to inquire about outpatient programs. I was "invited" by the counselor to speak with a doctor. I was given an Ipad and spoke to some guy. I decided I didn't like the place and thanked them and said I was leaving. I was told I wasn't allowed to leave. I was held against my will for 5 days. It finally took an attorney to get me out of there. Stay away from this place!

My daughter went in for self-harming, and self-harmed while in their care! She also was discharged without even a phone call to us. We were very disappointed with the way things were handled at this hospital. I wouldn't refer it to anyone.

TERRIBLE place; everything from the way the staff treated us, to the lack of communication, to the stark, cold look of the place. We were horrified to have our son there and discharged him after less than 24 hours. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED. Keep your loved ones away.

best hospital i have been to. therapist on fleek, psychiatrist Dr. simmons best doctor ever. PCA's are very helpful. they cool people as well westpark springs hospital on fleek

Friendly nurses and doctors. Only issue I had with this place was my therapist. Only saw one once during my 2 week stay. They also tend to mix chemical dependent patients with mentally sick individuals. So the milieu is a no no. It doesn't make any sense sitting in group with a paranoid schizophrenic while all you are trying to do is get help detoxing. Also no hot water in bathrooms. To be fair they where trying to fix that issue. Hope they did
