Thank you to Therapist Kiara, Activity Sascha, Nurse Tech Silvia, Nurse Kiki, and Dr. Siddiqi 5⭐⭐⭐ in Sunrise unit. I needed to help someone here and they went above and beyond in bedside manner (eye glasses etc). They need raises!!

In patient nursing staff is mediocre but Out patient is super helpful with Ebony. She is patient, challenging and wants the best for her patients. Highly recommend!

My husband’s name is Anh Ha, this is our SECOND time at this facility, and unfortunately, we experienced the same serious issues with communication and the discharge process. Before my husband voluntarily admitted himself, I specifically asked MULTIPLE TIMES how voluntary discharge worked because of our previous experience here. I was clearly told that since he was an adult and voluntarily admitted himself, if he wanted to leave, he could simply tell the nurse to submit a discharge request. My loved one was admitted to this hospital. I do not have firsthand experience with the medical care provided by the doctors and nurses, so my review is specifically about my experience with communication and the handling of a patient’s belongings. 1. Communication was extremely difficult. The phone number provided in the admission package did not work for me, and I repeatedly had difficulty reaching the front desk.
