Do not admit your child or any family members to this facility. I was admitted for 9 days total. When admitted, the nurses in our unit (especially the nighttime nurses) were very rude and ignorant of our needs. Multiple girls in our unit had full on episodes, anxiety attacks, and crashouts due to these nurses breaking boundaries and ignoring us. Avoid this facility by all means. . Wish i had the option to give negative stars. They try to hold patient hostage. They are trying to make all excuses not to discharge the patient. Waited over three hours and they keep making excuses. Please stay as far away as possible from this facility.

Noone ever answers the phone!! My son is in the maple unit and I've left messages..noone calls back!! Not a very professional crew here! I'm very concerned about my son.

I’m leaving a much needed review. I found West Park Springs from a truancy officer who directed me to New Dimensions One person led me to 30 more. I finally got to a woman by the name of TJ who works who works for West Park Springs she helped me stay calm in the middle of the worst storm of my life.
