I lived here for 4+ years as I was going to college. I had a great experience. Management is very nice - super helpful. I've never had a significant issues with my apartment. The maintenance team is quick to reply - I once called them at 3am and even then, they were quick to address the issue. Can't recommend this place enough!
I’ve lived at West Park Apartments for about four and a half years, and during my time here, I’ve been truly comfortable and happy. Thanks to this apartment, I was able to complete my studies and graduate without worry. The staff — especially Michelle — are incredibly professional and genuinely passionate about maintaining the property. Westpark Plaza has treated me so well since I moved here during the pandemic, they go above and beyond in helping whenever I have a problem (insects coming in..ac broken down),they fix it right away..the staff are so friendly and inviting when I come to the office I feel very welcomed(they offer free snacks on most days so helpful as I never have time to cook )…the plaza is very safe and quiet and the the cost is cheap compared to other places that are not loud with parties or have suspicious activity .. definitely would rec... read more
management is awesome, they are super attentive, if you need repairs they respond quickly, and they are really kind. They also host special events every quarter ( bbq, pizza night etc. ) if you are a student it is a convenient location to attend university.
Everyone was nice and the place was quiet, but they allow smoking and it would come through the walls and windows. Very nasty but otherwise good.
