Very attractive maintenance staff. Office staff is amazing and always so kind and helpful been here for a few years always kept clean very nice to walk at night well lit and an awesome pool. Beautiful Chico trees all over and never have to fight for parking. no plan on leaving soon. Best place I have lived in Chico
Westpark has been such a great place to live ! It really is a home. i moved here from out of town and was really hoping to find a place I can call home and stay at for a while and Westpark has been it. The mgrs and staff are all so friendly and sweet they will help you so much ! Thanks guys :)
I lived here for 4+ years as I was going to college. I had a great experience. Management is very nice - super helpful. I've never had a significant issues with my apartment. The maintenance team is quick to reply - I once called them at 3am and even then, they were quick to address the issue. Can't recommend this place enough!
I’ve lived at West Park Apartments for about four and a half years, and during my time here, I’ve been truly comfortable and happy. Thanks to this apartment, I was able to complete my studies and graduate without worry. The staff — especially Michelle — are incredibly professional and genuinely passionate about maintaining the property. Westpark Plaza has treated me so well since I moved here during the pandemic, they go above and beyond in helping whenever I have a problem (insects coming in..ac broken down),they fix it right away..the staff are so friendly and inviting when I come to the office I feel very welcomed(they offer free snacks on most days so helpful as I never have time to cook )…the plaza is very safe and quiet and the the cost is cheap compared to other places that are not loud with parties or have suspicious activity .. definitely would rec... read more
