Westpark plaza was a great place to live for first time renters or college students. The price is fair, and the management and staff is exceptional! Chico state is accessible with roughly a 6-8 minute bike, or a quick drive down the road. The only downside to this property is the theft (that’s anywhere in Chico). I recommend bike locks, or a wheel lock for motorcycles. If you’re looking for a property that is affordable, clean, and well managed I highly recommend!

Very attractive maintenance staff. Office staff is amazing and always so kind and helpful been here for a few years always kept clean very nice to walk at night well lit and an awesome pool. Beautiful Chico trees all over and never have to fight for parking. no plan on leaving soon. Best place I have lived in Chico
