These apartments aren't too bad. Most of the neighbors will talk to you, it's very close to WLR, and close distance to UALR. The management used to be much more than it is now, performance-wise. Before they were more responsive to maintenance needs and concerns, but now they are so-so. So as long as you aren't needing them to do anything, everything's fine.
