⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Antoinette who works there and ⭐ to the company that has not set her up to access lab orders online. I'm glad we have a Westpac in this area. The lab looked older but clean. I was treated like a real person and got professional service. I didn't feel any pain while the three vials of blood were drawn from me. Make sure you fax in your lab order. Do not depend on them receiving it digitally.
I made an online appointment and went in about ten minutes early. I was greeted by the front desk and she took care of everything very quickly. She was also my phlebotomist and was very professional taking my blood. It's great to have WestPac in Templeton.
Absolutely wonderful experience. The office was nice and cool, the lady who drew my blood was funny and comforting. The needle barely hurt. 10/10 best blood draw experience I’ve had. Btw it’s room number 13
Had an appointment. Been sitting here for 20 minutes. I hear the girl making her breakfast in the back. Then a woman walks in (well after me) and she takes her first. Never coming here again. What’s the point of making an appointment. I’m late for work.
