After asking for help at Westpac Blacktown branch with no help to fix my problem, I went to Seven Hills branch and spoke to Ingra. I would like to commend Indra for her outstanding service. She went above and beyond to assist me, demonstrating professionalism, patience, and genuine care. She made an appointment for me to see Tanpreet and assured me she will be able to fix my problem.
