24/7 banking service and the business deposit machine is ALWAYS unavailable. This is incredibly frustrating, forcing customers to visit the teller. Then they question you about not using the machine, seemingly unaware. It’s always out of order and yet you’re questioned for not using it. Why?
Number never works so can’t contact anyone and if you miss their calls then you will go on a ride. Have given feedback to the manager, business banking manager no response and no improvements Go somewhere else if you need sort the banking issues
Worst of the lot , especially a staff named Yamini or Yamin , no knowledge, no information just playing with customers,just gimmicks and fake reactions
