Totally inefficient. I applied for a Westpac Credit Card through the Rouse Hill branch and thought they will help in processing the application. The lady from the branch who initially processed my application never even bothered once to follow up with the Credit Card team on my behalf. I had to do all the calling and follow up with the Credit Card team on my own. The application got rejected with no explanation given. Wasted over one month for this application.
