The manageress on duty 21/09/26 was the rudest and most arrogant person I've come across in my 35 years of being a loyal Westpac customer. When I asked how to close all my accounts and term deposits, due to her unprofessional manner, she was more than happy to assist. WESTPAC, you are losing another great customer because of this employee.... Wake up and take note of the repeated poor reviews of the individuals that are working for you.
This bank is terrible. Majority of Staff have bad attitudes, they never have any coins or ATM machines that work
Extremely rude and condescending staff. This branch is the worst I've been too. I've been with Westpac for two decades, but between that and the fact they block your ability to speak to a person on the phone (making you wait for text support that never comes), I'm ditching this lemon of a bank.
Never answering calls
Really bad customer service. Long queues and they operate at 50% capacity. Half of the desk don’t have any staff attending to customers. Be prepared to spend an hour even for cash withdrawal
