This bank is terrible. Majority of Staff have bad attitudes, they never have any coins or ATM machines that work
Extremely rude and condescending staff. This branch is the worst I've been too. I've been with Westpac for two decades, but between that and the fact they block your ability to speak to a person on the phone (making you wait for text support that never comes), I'm ditching this lemon of a bank.
Never answering calls
Really bad customer service. Long queues and they operate at 50% capacity. Half of the desk don’t have any staff attending to customers. Be prepared to spend an hour even for cash withdrawal
