Really bad customer service. Long queues and they operate at 50% capacity. Half of the desk don’t have any staff attending to customers. Be prepared to spend an hour even for cash withdrawal

Worst branch ever
I had a banking issue that was extremely stressful and time consuming, but Leanne handled it exceptionally well from start to finish. She was professional, patient and genuinely focused on resolving the problem, even staying back late on a Friday night.
